We were happy with everyone we dealt with including the sales staff (Curtis), service (sorry I can't remember his name), and management (Josh) when we purchased our 2018 Shadow Cruiser travel trailer and we couldn't be happier with it. We had a topper put over the slide out and also purchased the hitch, sway bar, and trailer brake. The service guy showed us how to use all that and walked us through the inside of the unit when we picked it up and explained how everything worked. I can't think of anything they left out.
