Responsibilities

- May be asked to perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experienced RV Technician
Responsibilities
- Servicing all interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing components on RV’s.
- Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs RV's and equipment
- Examines and tests operations of parts and systems.
- Repair plumbing and propane gas lines.
- Locate and repair broken wiring and electrical systems.
- Operates company vehicles to transport trailers.
- Communicating with customers, reading work orders and examining vehicles needing repair in order to determine the nature and extent of damage.
- Examining or testing the operation of parts or systems that have been repaired to ensure completeness of repairs.
Requirements
- Must provide own tools
- Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing or carpentry preferred.
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Reliable and strong work ethic

RV Finance Coordinator
Job Duties
- Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery
- Manages placement of contracts while maximizing Finance and Insurance Per Vehicle Retail (PVR)
- Assists sales desk in structuring deals
- Consistently adheres to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts
- Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business office
- Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation is based on experience and your ability to perform. No caps on income potential or growth.

RV Parts Advisor
Job Duties
- Receive and stock parts
- Asist in retail customer purchases
- Knowledge of the location of all parts and some knowledge of uses and installation techniques.
- Ensure customer and teammate satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders within the guidelines of company policies and procedures by checking parts availability.
- Verify pricing and enter orders into the computer system
- Analyze customer/teammate requests for parts; provide parts information and prices from service manuals, reference materials and computer
- Ability to provide substitute parts information for obsolete/upgraded parts based on experience and outstanding orders.
- Responsible for following up on back orders by checking with other parts personnel and sources to determine status of orders and provide answers to customers/teammates.
- Establish great working relationships with distributors, dealers, service center, customers and teammates.
