RV Sales Policy – All Sales Final

RV purchases made through Gib’s RV Superstore are completed in person at our Coos Bay, Oregon dealership.
Because each RV sale includes titling, registration, and a detailed delivery inspection, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once the sale is completed.

If you experience an issue covered by a manufacturer warranty, our service department will assist you with any warranty repair or claim under that program.
